They're a wonderful breed and you've done them great justice, Sarah. Those gentle eyes hint at a sense of humor so very often present in the breed, and you've captured that to perfection. Beautifully painted!

An oil portrait of a beautifully mild manner English Bull Terrier. This is a partner painting for my recent Dachshund, hence the rather stylised backgrounds. These dogs occasionally come in for some bad press, but Daisy was a sheer delight to work with.
