CHIRK CASTLE

Love your style :)

Really taken to this, somewhere I've been to many time( used to play squash at the castle, and golf at the club) a real nice style to this with an interesting perspective.

I like your style of working as well Ruth. Imaginative, bold and colourful!

Thank you Kirstie, Andre and Louise. I took a lot of liberties with the architecture here, and some of the sheep gave loud "Baaaaaa's!"

Andre...We hold our spring exhibitions in the former Squash court, usually around Easter time each year. It is a nice venue but you need to put all your woollies on when you steward!

Thanks, Linda. Yes it was fun to paint although I took liberties with the castle! It's really a lovely old border castle, still lived in by Lady Margaret Middleton.
