If the final work is anything like this drawing, it will be splendid! I don't know why but it is slightly fairy tale sinister. Too many children's stories around here perhaps!!

An excellent drawing Ruth, as everyone has said. It should be framed as it is, as well as being used as a ref for future work.

Thanks, Marjorie. You are probably right. I am actually quite reluctant to convert it into a painting, the attraction of some drawings is often in the black and white contrast aspect, and this can be altered so much by a colour version. I know what you mean. I may try pen and ink, using this as a reference.

Pen and ink sounds really good Ruth, it will recreate the same fairy tale like feeling as in this lovely, beautifully drawn picture.
