Soft gaze of a panda within bamboo stalks. Using a fluid wet-on-wet wash to build the atmospheric background and surrounding fur, I aimed to evoke a sense of calm, shifting memory. This soft backdrop is balanced by precise layered glazes in the eyes—serving as the primary focal point of warmth and recognition—to invite the viewer into an intimate, reflective pause."
