I've been working on loosening up my approach to portrait painting, focusing more on mood and character than detail. Using a limited palette and expressive washes, I wanted the eyes to be the focal point while keeping the hair loose and atmospheric. I've called it Untamed to reflect both the hair and the spirit suggested by the gaze. I'd love to hear your thoughts and any constructive feedback.
