Oil on panel, 40x30cm. Doing a course in palette knife painting and thought I would have an attempt at doing a portrait with just painting knives. Reference work: Eileen, 1892 by Tom Roberts. Tricky parts were turning form and suggesting the veil. Wouldn't class it as a finished piece, but helped to loosen up my normal style.
