This is interesting work and 'quirky' Robert, I like it.

This one caught my eye Robert in the gallery, as Carole says "quirky" and I like the colours you've used they suit the scene perfectly.

Thanks Carole and Val, the whole area must have been pretty horrific though as queen Victoria is said to have ordered the curtains closed when she passed through on the train.

The old Black Country, watercolour from an old black and white print. It was said that if in those times you stood on Sedgley Beacon at night all you would see for miles around would be the glow of furnaces.
