A fabulous part of Wales you have settled, Robert. I'm reading a 'King Kong' statement, here, and also 'I have her in the palm of my hand' Mmm, interesting work, Robert.

Thanks Carol, I saw the original King Kong film years ago so perhaps unconsciously the idea came from that? The painting was inspired by a recently found pencil drawing of mine depicting a girl on a hand that I drew many years ago, so perhaps the old drawing was inspired by that film? Now you have me saying "interesting" :-)

If a painting gets your mind working, I think, its a good piece of work :)
