This is fantastic.

I do like a good doodle... I take it that this is nowhere in particular, and I wonder why some of us don't to more of that: ie, just make things up, and fight the tyranny of "Where's that, then?" No criticism in saying this, but there are (or could be) two paintings here: your brooding castle could have made a painting without the boat, the boat could have made a painting without the castle; they work together well, though.
