Lovely piece, and very cute.. I really like and enjoy this piece.

Whatever it is doing, it's happy doing it. The expression is priceless. Oh to be a pig, sometimes I am.

Nice image Robert..Very cute, but he's putting me off my bacon sandwich...

This is lovely, pigs have such character. He's obviously very happy !

Love this dribbly guy, well done for being adventurous Robert.

He does look happy ! A real mucky pig !

A snuffling sweetie...I do like your animal portraits, a slight touch of whimsey. But very clever. B Potter move over.

What a lovely happy piggy, Robert. I agree with the others: he looks so happy, was there any booze in his food? I expect him to roll over into the mud and fall asleep!

The black stuff in the ground is obviously Guinness - what a great use of a cigar box lid, love your animals

As happy as a pig in muck as the saying goes. What a great image, can't help but smile when I look at it.

Nice to see you back Robert. Where have you been?

See the blog page, Jean, under New Start. Many thanks all for your comments - my pig is very touched.

He really makes me smile! There's a lot of humor in this painting which comes across. I love it!

Aww, what a cute and cheerful little face, good work Best wishes Gary

What a character. I have to agree with Val- happy as a pig in muck.

Small painting in opaque Chromacolour on cigar box lid; interesting to compare w/colour and opaque techniques in this medium, which handles both equally well.
