I had no idea the place had this going for it when we see the terrible TV footage recently. You have captured it's attractive scene, just the row of tree tops and castle roof right of the spire is too aligned.

I took up painting in 2007 as a relaxation, prior to retirement in 2009, never having attempted art in any form since leaving school. My preferred medium is acrylic, usually on canvas, but I have also experimented with oils, watercolours, pen & ink/coloured pencil.
