Lovely warm oil painting Robert.

Love this painting Robert, excellent, really stands out

Wonderful Robert! Lovely light and shade.

Gorgeous Robert, I do love your style of painting!

Thank you for all of your comments.

Lovely light here Robert and again lovely colours

This is a wonderful demonstration of what can be achieved with a limited number of colours - I really must try this discipline for myself. I am always attracted by sheep paintings, and this little one really caught my eye. Lovely.

This is absolutely beautiful

A limited palette indeed - I should have enjoyed watching you paint this.... No chance of your making video demos, I suppose?

Hi Robert, Thanks for your comments. I have a range of DVDs, downloads available on my website shoul you be interesded. This is the link: http://www.robertbrindley.com/dvds.htm http://www.robertbrindley.com/Downloads.htm Robert

Oh superb.... I shall hasten there tomorrow, when somewhat more sober than I am tonight (made a steak and kidney pie; it was a bit of a struggle, and I fortified myself with one too many gins and tonic).

Superb piece, love the play of light and the brushwork. It's beautifully done.

Living on the edge of the North Yorksire Moors, I get plenty of opportunities to paint sheep. This small, 10 inch x 12 inch demonstration piece, was painted on a textured, tinted, canvas covered board using the following three primary colours and white: Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Red, Lemon Yellow and Titanium White.
