Thanks Seth. It was the shade of bluey purple I struggled to make. The colours in the photo are actually quite close to those I’ve painted.

Purple and yellow always work ! I find my colours can disappoint when I scan, especially watercolour.

Watercolour and acrylic on a 7x5 canvas board. Tidied this up a little this morning as it looked a bit clumsy yesterday. I find the colours for Iris’s really difficult to mix. They were more blue in my photograph.
