Definitely a new one for you Richard. The proportions of the face are excellent, too often the eyes are placed too high but not here. Look forward to seeing your next essay at a portrait.

And, p.s. I intended to add that I really like the way you set the face against the black hair which brings the profile forward and gives it life. A good one Richard.

From tutorial and Free Download. Studied a few examples for something new that didn't involve Sheep, Birds or Mountains ! Think this is my first attempt at faces or portraits. Enjoyed doing this in 50 mins. Definately have another go at this style and take longer. A4 Pen and Coloured Pencil.
