That Threlkeld cafe is a gem and often visited. Have you done the railway path since it was restored post floods?

Frank - we did it last October after restoration. Very enjoyable walk and the tunnel is so well done !

Agree about tunnel, Richard, We enjoyed the experience. Good to see it reopened, better than the old boardwalk. Last time I went through that it was on a train!

From a photograph off mine last year taken from Threlkeld at the end of the Keswick Railway path. Kept this "simple" because the sun was quite high and there were few distinct shadows.
