Was wondering where this was ....I bet nobody noticed that lake line ( I didn't, too busy looking at the peaks ) until you blabbed!

Thanks everyone for your good comments on my Buttermere Sketch and the witty postings on my Lake Line. I just strive for perfection but it is a bit late in the day for that !!!!

You portray the Lake District so well Richard in your sketches and drawings, it makes me want to visit. I have my iPad balanced on my knee, line looks straight to me!

Pen & Ink with Graphite shading on A4 Sketchpad. From one of my photographs. Tried to do this in 30 minutes but it was about 45 minutes !! On these January sketch "postings" i try to keep a time limit for good practice.
