Thanks for your kind comments. My photo was taken a long time ago, before it became politically incorrect to photograph kids, so she's probably a lot older now. Also, I made up her name, so I'm not sure that she or her parents would recognise her.

I saw this little girl on a beach in Cornwall a few years ago. She was lost in her work, which I suspect was looking for molluscs in the sand.
