Lovely Sarah and I love the big trees

You've achieved a real sense of sunlight Sarah

You really have the feel of this lovely wood Sarah.. Bluebell time not far away now.

Dennis, Lynne and Sylvia thank you for your lovely comments. We have a small wood up the road, which is on private property and you can see the bits where footsteps have hardly ever trod on. The bluebells flourish there.

How come you can see the bits where footsteps rarely tread in the private property woods?! lol This is a lovely watercolour Sarah. Gentle, soft and atmospheric. Rather a romantic feel as well!

Thanks Anne and Louise for your comments :) as for the woods, I like my sneaky peeks, LOL!

It won't be long now Sarah before you can tip toe through the Bluebells again! I can almost smell their gorgeous scent.

Thanks Fiona, not too long to go now! The snowdrops are cheering us up ! How is Scotland?

A lovely painting, Sarah! I love the subtle palette and the light filled path.

Thank you Seok! I m pleased with the lights and darks too as sometimes when I add shadows it can go quite dull.

Surprisingly, this part of Scotland is very spring like.......at the moment. I think it's about to change for the weekend though, certainly no Bluebells yet!!Lol.

This is lovely Sarah, I love the beautiful colours and the trees.

Thank you Maria! I'm glad that you like this :)

A walk through a Bluebell wood is so nice, I can't wait until they are flowering once again. This is watercolour and a smidgen of gouache on watercolour paper, Bockingford 300 m2, 11 x7.5".
