This piece painted in acrylic on paper 18" x 14" was created for the publicity of the 2012 UpTown Waterloo Jazz Festival in Canada. Podi has been the official illustrator for over 10 years and enjoys the challenge of working from life whilst watching performers. Sketches are made at the event. If the performer is particularly mobile, photographs will be taken to enhance the information that I need to create a painting.
