I painted this this in 1985 oil paint on a stretched canvas. It took me a while to finish it was copied from a magazine called The Great Artists which were a weekly issue at the time, some of you might remember them. It was a great way to find your way about painting techniques reading about how they applied paint and how artists lived their lives. I was extremely happy with the outcome of this and apologies for the quality of the pic as it was a photo of a photo. I think I gave this away to someone I knew at the time who knows where it ended up now.
