To the two Roberts - my favourite name of the moment: Thank you for your pleasing comments. The seascape was painted for a friend of mine who lives some miles away.. Perhaps one day soon I may be able to post a photo of it.. I have to say that the colour is a little too high and the original is much chalkier. but that's the price you pay for gouache.
