I completed this portrait of David the week after his passing on January 10, 2016. He was my utmost favourite artist ever, and he'll never be replaced. This piece measures 36" x 48" and is completed in Acrylics on Canvas. I used a monochromatic approach merely diluting the single blue colour to achieve the light and dark variations.
