Silver jug and apples

You have mastered pastel very well Petra. Your highlights are exceptionally bright and realistic.

I hadn't realised that this was pastel Petra until I read Carole's comment. It's very impressive, I love the double reflections.

I thought this looked a little different to your previous work, obviously the change in medium but the hight standard is still there. When I first saw your work, I was surprised when you said you had not been painting long. To acheive this standard in pastel with just a few attempts is equally amazing. Please don't take up watercolour landscapes! - I would have to join the 'green with envy brigade'! Seriously, just keep sharing your lovely work with us in any medium.
