This is a super watercolour Geoff, of a super little town. I painted this scene a few years ago but not as well!

Wow...how do you get such dark tones without making the painting feel heavy and overworked??? Lovely!

Thanks everyone for your appreciation. <br /><br />Jacqui, the dark tones were accentuated with a mild solution of Gum Arabic as a glaze. Make sure the painting is thoroughly dry beforehand and tread carefully!!
