I had this beach all to myself one early summer's day. I love the colours, exactly what it looks like in real. A true paradise. You got the colours so right. Lovely painting Geoff.

This oil painting depicts the secluded Beauport Beach west of St Brelades Bay on Jersey. Only accessible by means of a steep and stepped path of some length before emerging onto a pristine arc of sand. In itself picturesque I have added the chasing gulls (of which there are plenty!) to avoid a possible 'travel brochure' look to the work. Canvas size 30" x 12"
