This is very atmospheric Peter, the darkening sky and the choppy sea, super painting. I do like the way you put the size of the painting in, I wish everyone would do it as it's great to imagine it hanging on a wall.

Watercolour 16'' x 12'' painted on Arches 300gsm not watercolour paper. The painting is of a traditional sailing boat rounding Hook Head which is in county Wexford. Hook Head Lighthouse is the second oldest operating lighthouse in the world. It dates back to the twelfth century.Hook Head is a place of great natural beauty and I have visited it many times.
