My first attempt at plein air drawing and painting. I ran out of time before I could finish the gouache painting. It was a quiet spot on a very hot day. Quite a few people stopped to chat or just to give words of encouragement which was a strange experience for me but very nice. I’ll definitely go back to see if I can complete similar in one session. Note to self to apply more sun screen next time
