I can hear the water and feel the spray! The light against the brooding sky is both effective and atmospheric. What medium did you use?

Cheers all. I've got to say ( and I ain't blowing my own trumpet) this was my first attempt at water, on my largest canvas. A 90 x 90 cm . Huge for a total novice experimenting on new methods using just two colours . Paynes grey and white acrylic. What a fabulous colour Paynes grey. My absolute favorite go to for water. Yes, I did have to go over it a few times while I learned how to manipulate the medium to get the tones I wanted, but I was really happy with the results. Hence the bright yellow signature :) Thank you all for the positive comments. I'm chuffed to bits.
