Watercolour on Arches Aquarelle Paper Block 9"x12" hot pressed paper. This was painted (as many of my paintings) for a friend as a surprise present. I often use a touch of white acrylic paint to make the highlights stand out a little more. This then allows me to place a very thin wash over the white areas, the paint in the wash will then sink in between the acrylic paint creating finer details for the coat. http://www.devonartist.co.uk/
