You have used an interesting palette on this painting, Paul. It draws me to look at it, it's attractive, and harmonious. The snow accumulations around the buildings and window sills look good and natural. And the harbour wall looks realistic. The flicked white has worked well to represent the falling snow. A nice painting, good to see.
