Great to see another abstract especially from a near neighbour - I live in Lubenham - I find I am doing more and more abstract stuff these days - so liberating and such fun.

Like this Paul purple is my favourite colour as it is my birthstone colour - so calming and peaceful very inspiring work.

Every now and again i come to the end of a painting session and have some paint mixes left over that are either rinsed away or used in an abstract like this one. Sometimes they end in the bin the same as the paint is rinsed away but this one i kind of like so decided to keep it
