This is really stunning, Paul! I really like the composition and the palette, and the triangle does indeed move the eye around and holds the viewer's attention. Superb!

Based on photo by Oggy from PaintMyPhoto website, although you'll have to look closely to see it.(http://paintmyphoto.ning.com/photo/rialto-bridge-venice-1) I liked the diagonal staircase, horizontal steps and vertical lines on left that formed a triangle which led my eyes all round the image. I also liked the seam of orange through the middle and the idea of a bird patiently waiting to be photographed by some old dear still figuring out the camera.
