Charcoal quick sketch - well about 4-5 hours. I am really enjoying these charcoal quick sketches. They have come about following a summer, now into autumn, disruption to my studio. Having an extension built to link my studio to my house has meant I've had to vacant my studio a few times whilst they've knocked it about. After getting upset with this disruption I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to suspend my finished pieces and work on daily sketches instead. These sketches have become more expressive and confident as the weeks have rolled by. Nitram charcoal on A4
