I found this little feather whilst walking my dog. A little research identified it as a buzzard's feather. No surprise as there are plenty of buzzards out on the fields. The next day there was another feather in the same spot slightly different shape. I will save that one for another drawing. This is drawn in pencil on strathmore mixed media paper. 6 x 6" Feathers are a particular favourite of mine, their delicacy yet strength are amazing.
