This is a gorgeous mountain scene which I know I have seen before. Your warm Autumn colours in the forground are really inviting. It would be great to stay in touch :) I just bought a new camera a digital slr it makes a huge difference with quality art photographs of my works! That is why I reposted this one, painted 1998.

Would I be right in thinking that most of your work is in acrylic these days? You can achieve great things with oil, that's obvious from this - do you still employ it?

Hi Robert, yes the majority is in acrylics these days due to drying time and I guess personal preference. I do occasionally paint an oil painting. Thank you for the comments Robert :)

Paul - you have a love of wildplaces which shows in how you paint them - have checked in to your site a few times but time being limited recently with family etc I have not been on many sites but will do soon. I have a painting I want to do of Donegal and want to get an eagle in it somewhere so will be having a look at that lovely one you had done !
