Why Acrylics?

Was this article in Leisure Painter? I didn't see it in The Artist, though quite possibly missed it. This is a very effective acrylic - if you have a link to the article, I'd love to see it. It's a LOT looser than my typical stuff, and a direction in which I'd like to travel.
