Marilyn Comrie sent in her version of Paul's September challenge saying: 'I painted Paul's challenge in acrylic on board. I started with cerulean blue and french ultramarine for the sky and used violet and ultramarine for the hills. The trees and grass are all variants of sap green and lemon yellow. For the river I used watered down ultramarine and black. The two larger trees are sap green, lemon yellow and black plus burnt sienna for the tree on the far right'.
