A very different interpretation and it is very good.

Linda Bradshaw sent in her version of Paul's exercise saying: 'I painted this exercise “Dividing the Land” on canvas firstly sketching with cobalt blue then using Emerald & sap green with cadmium yellow ultramarine blue & winsor violet. I tried to bring life to the shapes & shadows & kept overpainting which resulted in a sad, dead look so I used kitchen roll to bring light & life back to it with Titanium white. I think it is too light now but believe it’s time to share what I have to contribute to this exercise.'
