Marilyn Comrie sent in her version of the February challenge saying: 'I started my painting of Paul's photo 'Moored up' with a yellow ochre wash in acrylic topped with crimson lake. The skyline trees I painted with burnt umber/black using a large brush and putting definition with a smaller brush.The other vegetation is sap green, ultramarine blue, yellow ochre and crimson lake. The boats are raw umber, black and white with ultramarine.'
