Feroze Antia sent in this version of Paul's exercise saying: 'This is my first acrylic painting. Quarter size 200gsm Renaissance paper and acrylic paint (DHAS Thailand). I painted the sky cobalt blue and dotted clouds using my fingers. Then with yellow, blue and green I dotted the horizon and added houses in burnt sienna using a credit card. After a graduated wash of yellow ochre, i turned the paper portrait size and splashed, splattered various shades of brown to the middle ground, letting it dry a while before spraying water to create runs and repeating the process. I scratched bits added a few highlights'
