I'm doing a 5 week course of a Sunday with the sketching club. Today it was in the studio going through the fundamentals, thumbnail sketches and tonal values. I did two oil paintings practising tonal values. This is one of them taking about an hour. Next week it's out and about at the Seamen's Church.
