hi Elizabeth I painted that picture using the paint program on windows . I also use adobe photoshop and freshpaint on windows . I use a combination of brushes but I mostly use the air brush for texture and the pencils which are soft these are on windows paint . if you make the picture size small then use the magnifying glass so it big for you to paint that way means you can alter the size of the brushes ,I e the smaller you picture the bigger the brushes .Hope its usefull if not tell me ill try again thanks Elizabeth .

Digital painting is very hard and takes much longer than real pencils and brushes. You've done a great job on this one. Please don't give up. I feel vital painting is underrated and there is too much fantasy work done in the medium. Well done
