Very godo detail and colour,

A lovely trio, and a superb composition and expressions, very well painted.

This is super Elizabeth, and I love the effect of it painted on linen.

Thank you for your enthusiastic comments. I can&#39;t take the credit for inventing this technique. It was first used by Joseph Crawhall, one of the Glasgow Boys, way back in Edwardian times. Crawhall&#39;s images are well worth Googling. Although some of his subject matter is unpopular now, some of his animal studies using this technique are exquisite .<br />
