Missed these two charmers the other day when you posted them. Excellent work and you've made such a good job of depicting their very thick fur.

Thank you Val; for once this is a painting just for me. I put Sky's collar too high up on her neck leaving a sort of frill but apart from that I'm very pleased with it.

I did miss this one! it's wonderful, Diana. You have managed to make them look so different from each other and make their characters shine through. This painting has a looser feel than some of your other animal portraits and I think it works really well. The very pale green background is magic and show the black up wonderfully. A painting to be proud of.
