Beautiful. The detail in this painting is extraordinary!

Super watercolour and the detail is amazing

Superb watercolour painting !

Superb detail in this Nigel. This type of detail is not easy to achieve in watercolour it takes a lot of skill and patience. Really great work!

A really beautiful painting and done so well, the detailing is amazing , I thought it was acrylic at the first look . A painting this good can only be a hive by a highly skilled artist , with a great deal of patience.

Nigel the detail, perspective, colour, everything is just stunning. Really not easy to keep all the wheels right on the tracks and each at the same "oval". The greens of the coaches, the engine, the grass and the tress are all absolutely authentic, a feat in itself. No "34053", Battle of Britain class, is named Sir Keith Park I believe. It is just a superb painting.

Great details, stunning work

Thank you for all the great comments. Really encouraging as this is an important painting for me and a heritage railway line near me.
