If I had the choice of finding one example of art work on this on POL that would inspire or be uplifting, this wouldn't be it. I think that you need two things....a 'summer brush' and subject matter that does not express overkill. Look around...nothing wrong with a bit of ordinary without it being mundane. Finally, do you like what you produce?
