That is really superb, Lynda. Love the colour palette you have used!

Beautifully painted scene, Lynda!

Overall a delightful scene. Loving the treatment of the underside of the bridge.

Lovely picture Lynda.

Love everything about this charming scene Linda. Love how the curve of the river disappears under the bridge.

I think I know what those plants are, but won't embarrass myself by identifying them and getting it wrong! But yes, they can sprout to quite surprising size from mere cracks in stonework; you have a very attractive palette going for you here, I love your soft, warm greens in this restful painting.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. They are foxgloves growing out of the brickwork, they seem to grow everywhere around here!

Lovely work Lynda, nice mix of free washes and the detail in the wild flowers.

Just lovely Lynda.

Very good indeed Lynda

A superb painting I love the colours and how you have painted the bridge enough detail to tell the story.

A lovely lovely painting !!
