Summer Delight

Lovely still life, they seem juicy!!!

The original painting is not quite as vibrant as the picture appears to be here. The colours on the whole are too saturated, for instance the background drapes are actually much darker, more of a Payne's Gray to very dark purple rather than the blue hue that appears here. The overall painting looks graphic here rather than having the fine art look that the original has, the fault is probably entirely mine due to a lack of technological knowledge but it just goes to show how images can look totally different when digitised.
