I experience that feeling at times Donna, as I am sure many others do. You seem to have lots of ideas - which is great.

Thank you Derek & Adele - I do have lots of ideas but I find it difficult to put them on paper but I will keep on having a go as it gives me some comfort and the comments I get give me a lift - so thank you both it means a lot.
