Fabulous drawing. I love the story it tells. For me, the innocent look and so focused big cat, is just waiting. I feel the energy of any moment, the paw coming up and whap! Then again, he will be most likely disappointed, the super fast hummingbird will be gone. how delightful!!

Love this piece and, as Nancy says, it tells a good story. For me I like the idea that the Leopard is so full and lazy after a big feast that he just stares at the beautiful Humming bird. Very nicely executed

One of my first drawings that I still have, I used a photograph of the Leopard and didnt want to add the background, but felt something was missing. the Hummingbird wasnt in the same photo but I loved the expression from the Leopard which looked so innocent. A3 with 6B 4B AND HB pencil
